Noël Brazão Soares was born in the Cape Verde Islands but resides in Rotterdam, the Netherlands since 1986. In the past he has been a Dutch champion, a Benelux champion and three times European champion in kickboxing.
Noel fought some of the best in the world including the most popular Japanese kickboxer ever Masato ‘Silver Wolf’ Kobayashi at the K-1 World Grand Prix Final 2001 in Tokyo, Japan.
